Hello everyone out there! I'm pleased to introduce my new and somewhat more liberating blog project. I currently have a blog following my business, Vision Video LLC, but I often find my pass-time of philosophy creeping through my daily life. I often think of interesting topics and think to myself, "Hey! I should write that down!" Needless to say, that rarely happens. So this blog will simply serve as an outlet and hopefully a conversation starter. Before beginning posting my very strange and often wrong ideas, I want to assure you that this will not serve as a random diatribe of regurgitated facts and oh wow moments. In fact, this blog is not and will never be any of the following:
1. This blog will NOT be a place of preaching:
Yes, my personal opinion will come through sometimes, but I promise to stay objective. It is impossible not to have an opinion on any issue, theory or thought. I do, however, promise to remain open-minded and objective to anyone's comments, questions and contributions. This does not mean all will be entertained. For example, if we are discussing the implications of God existing in the 21st century and someone brings up that God might be a "she", I will have to choice but to make fun of them.
2. This blog will NOT be full of incorrect information:
I'm one of those people to looks at fact checkers for fun. I do so love pointing out and sourcing information from reliable places. Alas, I am only human, so if you see me post anything that you know is wrong PLEASE bring it to my attention so that it may be corrected.
3. This blog will NOT be a teaching tool:
I am not a teacher. I possess neither the skill or authority to teach anyone anything. Think of this as more of a discussion place.
I'm sure there will be much more involved. I don't particularly care if anyone reads this. This is simply a place to document my crazy, over-thinking brain.
